Developer Crema's put together one of the best Pokemon alternatives in recent memory. It doesn't disguise its inspiration - but it also happens to execute the same idea with several key extras missing in Pokemon Sword and Shield - such as a proper MMO element. Combined with beautiful cel-shaded style, and the promise of updates to increase its world size, this one could be one to keep an eye on.
