@SCARECR0W Thank you for the clarification! Just re tested this behaviour now and is exactly as you stated - "When I close that game, I have HDR home screen as well and it only turns into SDR after I launch SDR game again". I hadn't considered the home screen was maintaining the current HDR state previously and the system update earlier had reset it back to SDR. Much appreciate the prompt feedback guys!
@GrizzleyPete If you toggle HDR to 'compatible software only' does your home screen no longer default to HDR also? Blacks appear crushed for me now on home when that is turned on so had to force HDR always active in the switch menu, need to test some non native HDR games but certain something has changed with this update..
Seems docked home screen no longer displays in HDR when 'compatible software only' is selected?
Tested on LG C3 with HGiG and VRR enabled and working, anyone else seeing similar as I'm certain previous releases output HDR on home?
