Topic: Rate the last movie you watched

The Shawshank Redemption. Have any of you heard of it?

Just kidding, but yeah, we rewatched that last night. My wife put it on, and I wasn't planning to watch it with her, but of course I got sucked into it because it's The Shawshank Redemption.

Possibly the Keira Knightley Netflix film, The Woman in Cabin 10.

It's got a decent cast, and setting but the writing is terrible. At times insultingly bad.

Nice boat and good water graphics though.

Me and the missus watched a very recent film called Drop, the premise of which is a woman is harassed by an unknown assailant through some kind of proximity-based social app (like AirDrop but for messages rather than files, I guess?). It's a fun and short film, 6/10 easily.

Still collect films, last connection to physical media.

I watched a 4K of Superman 2 tonight, it's aged considerably more than the first (1978) film which I watched earlier in the week. Some great actors though, Gene Hackman was such a brilliant Luthor.

I'd watch either again before rewatching the new one.

Superman (1978) - 7/10
Superman II - 5/10

lmao, I think the last movie I watched was The Haunting 1997. The first half is great stuff, but even though some of the imagery in the last is pretty cutting edge the movie just runs out of gas. Excellent cast.

I watched Playdate - 10/10 and I won't let anyone tell me otherwise.

I just watched Tron ARES and it freakin ruled.

Wicked for good - 9.5/10. I quite enjoyed it.
