I'm the exact person the steam machine was made for. I frequently swap my setups and move between my PC, and bedroom and living room TVs with my steam games, either by docking my Deck or streaming to a Link from my desktop pc. It's a great ecosystem, but I do run into limits with streaming artefacts in fast moving games, or the Decks low power output. So I will be getting a Machine day 1 to go in my living room. I can't wait.
The price is going to be painful, I'm guessing it's going to be a lot higher than everyone is expecting. I'm hoping it will be under £800 (PS5 Pro price) but I wouldn't be surprised if it's higher.
