There are a lot of good examples, and while I can't believe I'm about to invoke Vin Diesel, I really loved the intro to Riddick: Escape from Butcher bay. Really felt like I was watching a movie, with the credits rolling, etc...
It was an earlier generation visual treat, so there's nostalgia at play there for me, for sure.
It's hard to pick a favorite, but the first I thought of was Snake meeting Ocelot for the first time in Metal Gear Solid 3 at Rassvet. Josh Keaton gives a great performance as Ocelot in the English-language version, and the action is very well choreographed.
The other I thought of is probably more than half gameplay, actually: the intro to God of War III. Kratos is fighting on a Titan as the Titans scale Olympus and the Olympians resist them. It's a real spectacle, and if I remember correctly, everything after the opening video is being rendered in engine.
The Last of Us Part II has to be up there. The acting throughout is phenomenal and one of the few examples I can think of where I can read a character's thoughts and emotions from just their expressions and movements.
