crtdatabase.com is the place to start for specs, user manuals, and for some TVs, modding potential. ManualsLib.com is another good general resource, as I have found they have a pretty good chance of having a user manual, sometimes even a service manual!
The CRT related subreddits (r/crt, r/crtgaming, r/retrobattlestations) are another source of info, albeit less structured and requires more digging, but good for getting inspiration on the art of possible in terms of capability, mods, new retrotech products etc
For us chickens in the Southern Hemisphere, a few good CRT TV YouTube channels are youtube.com/@rgbrob and youtube.com/@spudzgames4361, both of which feature models commonly found down under and the latter also has a few RGB modding guides as well!
Forums wise, there is also Aussie Arcade (https://www.aussiearcade.com/) for, funnily enough, arcade CRT related stuff, with the odd bit of non-arcade CRT content. While Vogons.org is aimed at retro computing in general, its also just another good general knowledge source helpful when troubleshooting issues
