Topic: FF VII Remake Intergrade gets Microsoft store release?

The ever excellent RPGsite.com is reporting that Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade will be launching in 2026 on switch 2, xbox series, and PC via the Microsoft store. What are the chances this PC release will be any different from the already available steam, and Epic Games store version? The PC port has been plagued with issues since launch. Would be nice to see them ironed out, but I'm not holding my breath.

If it is updated (preferably to precompile shaders) then hopefully the Steam version is updated to also do so.

It IS possible to get the game running smoothly with DXVK gplasync but it's a hassle that we shouldn't have to deal with.
