i don't think sony will be surprised by this survey, or care about it's results. they already know we feel this way and they don't care. they have to keep increasing profits any way they can, that's the capitalist imperative. eventually you have to disregard what people want to keep that going . . . .and sony has enough control and there's little enough competition that they feel they can do this despite the backlash and still come out ahead.
