@Comiga That's assuming 100% of the 20% physical people aren't willing to adjust, which surely isn't the case. I bet about half of them will just accept the new reality.
I don't want guarantees for re-downloadable games, or sellable digital games (though they would be nice).
What I want will never happen: a standalone, finalized, physical release with all the patches included that I can run the game off of and that doesn't require any Internet access to work perfectly. Basically I want a disc version of what we used to have - completed cartridge games.
