Topic: FSR4 will not be release to the RX 7000/6000

FSR4 is compatible with the 7000 series and is currently easy to mod it on Windows or Linux.
AMD simply chose not to do it in a offical way, in the interview they said they prefer to move forward, but mentioned that they might release some kind of a beta version (it starts at minute 7)

But they only said that after the journalist asked why not just release it as a separate version, and the AMD representative said that might be a good idea

Good find! The answer wasn't a particularly good one, though I doubt they'd outright say that they want to make their newer cards look more attractive.

Bit of a shame, I have an RDNA2 card so it'd be nice to have an official way of using FSR4 despite the higher relative performance penalty. It can be done but it's much more of a faff than with RDNA3 due to requiring an older driver.

I would have wanted to test RoboCop: Rogue City with it because I couldn't cope with FSR3 in that game. The wet road surfaces were a constant sparkly mess!
