I went through the same thing, but in my case it was caused by vertigo from sitting too long in front of a computer. Switching to a standing desk made a huge difference for me. I now use a FlexiSpot standing desk, and I’m very happy with it. The standing matt is an interesting tip, thanks a lot. See you at Kieser Training Alex?
