I'm surprised to find out hi-res texture pack works on Series S. Maybe I have a Mandela effect here, but I think I tried downloading it back in 2024 and saw no difference anywhere. Then I googled, found out some Reddit posts saying it's for Series X only, and thought, yeah, it figures, probably SS doesn't have enough VRAM. Was it patched later to work with SS? Or did I need to enable it somehow after downloading?..
